"A+ Customer Service"
Was my experience with them absolutely perfect? No.

Are they a small business having some hiccups because of Covid? Yes.

Their customer support team is responsive, helpful and very communicative. I had a shipping snag from them and they not only got back to me within 1 hour, they re-shipped the product since I never received it. No questions asked. No extra charges. They resolved it quickly with little back and forth.

I would order from them again in a second, no questions asked.
